WOW! That was awesome. Short-sales is not even within my business focus as of yet but just listening to how Shaun handled this call was very educational and informitive. Great stuff and thanks!

Hi Shawn,
I appreciated your taped call. I wasn’t going to listen to it because I take calls daily and felt confident in my intakes…..however…….I realized that if I take that attitude, you might say something I haven’t heard before, hence, I will miss opportunities to grow.
SO…..I have an attitude of gratitude for everything you and JP have sent my way. It’s solid, excellent criteria, and you’re humble….still making errors and not ashamed to share it….therefore, I would be on any one of your seminars if time were available.

Excellent recording your own feedback of how to speak to sellers. Your call educated me enough to know that I do not know enough about bankrupt chapters or how to deal with lenders.
Guess I need to get busy and learn !!!!!
