On Friday afternoon we scheduled a live ltele-workshop at the last minute. Originally we were going for about an hour, but it quickly turned into two hours.

We start off with me explaining some of my key “Competition Killer” strategies in the first hour. Then we spend another full hour doing a “lightning round” of short sale questions and answers.
I felt it was really a great call and I think anyone who doesn’t feel like they got a lot of really great information out of it isn’t really listening!
We talk about:

Unique rewards for taking action this Tuesday…
I was chatting with JP yesterday about a bootcamp I recently attended and one of the speakers’ that left a real impression on me (remember, I spend thousands annually on my own education).
There were more than a few great take-aways from his presentation, but one of the most impacting to me was a commanding reminder of one of the most prevailing traits of successful people across the board:
The ability to face obstacles head on, assess options quickly, and take bold, decisive action.
This is a truism I’ve experiences in my own life and witnessed time and time again in others around me.
But it’s also one of those things I can lose sight of all too easily, finding myself once again all wrapped up in my own “inner demons” of doubt and fear of making mistakes.
Shame on me! It was more than a little refreshing to be so firmly reminded of the sheer power of taking action.
So as we move into the 8-week Short Sale Intensive webcast series, I’ve been considering how I might reinforce this axiom to our participants. I’ve decided to create a bit of a reward system for those who are able to be decisive and take bold action this Tuesday, Sept 11th.
- For the first 25 people…
After we complete the 9-week SSI webcamp, I’ll be releasing my product to the rest of the world (outside FlippingHomes.com). I’m also considering starting a personal coaching program.

Now I know short sales like I know my own face in the mirror, but coaching will be a little new to me and I’ve been thinking I need some BETA testers to help me “work out the kinks” initially.
So “fast action reward” number 1 is for the first 25 people who register for the SSI. You will be invited to participate with me as a BETA tester for 60 days at no cost.
Basically I’ll be coaching you for free for 60-days, as you build your own short sale business based on the SSI/SSW principals. I’ll be looking to you for candid feedback on how I can tweak things as a coach. We both win.

. - For the first 100 people…
Every SSI participant will get a complete copy of my course when production is finished with the fulfillment company. Right now I estimate that will be within 30 days, during the SSI event. Ideally everyone would have a copy of the manual in advance, but I just can’t make it happen.
However I have ordered 100 advance copies of the 650+ page manual itself. So for the first 100 folks who register for the SSI, I’ll gladly ship you one of the advance copies. That way you’ll have it in your hands before or right as I begin teaching on the webcamp series.
But I only pre-ordered 100 manuals, so that’s the limit of what I can offer to the SSI early movers. These folks will of course also get the rest of the material (DVDs, CDs, etc.) as soon as it’s ready.
Sorry, I wish I could do this for everyone. But registrant #101 and beyond will still get all the content, but will have to wait a few weeks for it to be ready.
How to get a jump on everyone else…
I was talking to JP, and we decided to come up with a way to let you get a jump on everyone else if you’re seriously interested in either (or both) of these rewards.
So we’ve decided to create an “early notification” list. All you have to do is enter your first name and primary email into the fields below here, then click the “Yes, please notify me 1 hour early!” button.
This does NOT obligate you to purchase anything or even participate in the event at all. It just puts you on a short list of folks who will receive a one-hour jump ahead of everyone else.
In other words, SSI registration opens on 9/11 at 3pm EST (Noon PST). But if you’re on the “early notification” list, you’ll get an email an hour ahead of time (2pm EST / 11am PST) with a private link to go ahead and reserve your spot.
As I said, the idea here is just to provide a way for me to reward those who embrace the idea that taking bold, decisive action is a success characteristic.
