    Shaun,

    Good information….I live in FW and am familiar with Saxxon Mortgage. There are about 10 minutes from where I live. Is it possible to contact REO dept and obtain their preforeclosures? I know a lot of times it is difficult to get this information from them. Do you also contact mortgage companies to obtain their preforeclosures or do you just rely on people contacting you from your advertising. BTW, I am also a licensed broker and steering most of my efforts on short sells, wholesaleing and some rehabs. Maybe we can put some deals together if you have something come up in Texas.
